Sandy is a 2-3 year old Pitt Bull. Can you see how ferocious she is? We can't either. She's beautiful and loves nothing more than being loved and pet! She's had a set of pups but is now spayed and will not have more. She is fully vetted and ready for the right forever home! Sandy is not good with cats but has no issues with other dogs or people. 
Bear and his siblings are 8 week old puppies who were going to be dumped by their mother's owner who did not spay his dog and became upset when she had the pups. They are tiny right now and all American mutts - with some beagle/lab/shepherd in them. They are playful and loving and in need of a good home. They have had one set of shots and are too young to spay or neuter at this time.
Rosemary is a young chihuaha from a puppy mill. She's a little timid about how things work outside of a crate - but she's learning. With the right home, she'll learn even faster!
Heidi is a young (about 1 year old) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Beagle mix. She's a great dog with a loving nature. She's good with kids and adults and other dogs - and mostly just wants to be loved!
Ace is a young chihuahua/pug mix. He's a funny guy with a lot of energy and would love to have a family to romp and play with!

Bodi's an Akita/Shepherd mix. She's a beautiful , quiet, young girl (about 2 years old) with a lot of love to give.
Scout's a playful young guy (about 1.5 years old) looking for a playful young family to love! He's very quiet for a full blooded beagle. He's good with all dogs and people.
Charlie is a little Papillon with a big attitude. Charlie needs a strong pack leader as he's smart as a whip and quite willing to be in charge! With the right owner - this guy will be your forever friend! He was from a puppymill, born 5/2010.
Rubio's a young pit bull terrier. He's a big leaner -- which is his way of saying, I'm glad your near me! He's a lovely young guy you should come meet! He was abused as a pup and had his tail cropped by his owner without a vet. He's ready to learn people are much nicer than that!
Scooby's a Pekingese/Pappillon mix. He's a small guy with a big attitude. He requires an experienced owner who will be clearly in charge or Scooby will try to be!
Doesn't everyone need a little Sunshine in their lives? Well - that's exactly what we have here - a little Sunshine - to brighten your day and fill your heart! She's a 3 year old full blooded chihuahua. She was very shy after her puppy mill experiences but she's becoming more and more outgoing.
Betty White is a Bichon Frise rescued from a puppy mill. She's a little shy but will warm up to the right home where patience is appreciated and gentility is necessary. She's about 7 years old and cannot be spayed due to a trachea problem the vet has deemed safe but she cannot be anesthesized. She's had a hard life to date and surely needs someone to show her things can be better from now on. Betty White is non shedding.
Tulip is a medium sized, two year old - yellow lab mix. She's a sweet girl with a fun disposition and a paws-itive attitude! She's good with kids.
Angie's a beautiful cream colored pomeranian from a puppy mill. So far she's only known life in a crate - but believes things are looking up now that Annie's rescued her. Now she just needs you to finish the job - and give her a forever home. She's about 3 years old, bossy with other dogs but wonderful with people.
Annie's a Jack Russel mix. She's a very a smart girl -- smart enough to be looking for a good home. Annie's an adult dog (about 3 years old) - with a big heart -- and a penchant for fun! She doesn't bark, loves walks and activity and she's great with other dogs!
What a Champ he is. A Lhasa Apso from a puppymill who's had a very rough start - but would love to find a friend who will love him forever. Champ will require an experienced home where the owner is clearly alpha or he will be!
Hummer is about 1 year old. He's a black lab/bull terrier mix with a big heart and gentle nature. He was a stray with his brother running around the streets of West Virginia. Ann rescued him from the shelter that found them - but his brother is still there. When Hummer is rescued, perhaps Ann can go get his brother - and they can both have a happy ending! Ann says Hummer is low energy and easy going despite being so young.
Cricket is about a year old. He's believed to be a basset/hound mix. Cricket is a lovely guy with an extremely affectionate nature. He's just looking for an assertive owner who will help him learn to be better with all dogs. He's lovely with people however and a really precious guy!
Marcus has the look of a shepherd, but the stance of a great dane. He came out of a West Virginia shelter, but sadly, his brother did not. He's shy with people but coming around. He'a about 7o pounds and starting to fill out. Chances are he was a yard dog, and hasn't had the opportunity to have a real home of his own, yet.
Becky is about 3 years old. She came to Ann a stray with puppies. She's a very sweet girl but was possibly abused by some children as she's very fearful of kids. She loves treats, other dogs and she's okay with cats.
These two good looking fellows deserve a good home too! Ann rescued them from a high kill shelter - she was their only hope - now maybe you can help them on the next part of their journey to find a good home!
Calvin is a purebred Black Mouth Cur. He's 80 pounds of love! He's an easy going boy - and very handsome as well! This breed is protective of their family -- and Calvin would like to have the chance to look after a family of his own!
